Transform your brain (and career) using hypnosis
As a creative person, you already know what it feels like to get "in the zone" with your work. You already use your imagination to create worlds and access emotion in a deep way.
Hypnosis is no different - it is a relaxing, collaborative, imaginative technique that can help you open up your subconscious mind to new ideas, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Together, we'll utilize hypnosis to help you uncover endless creativity, inspiration, flow, confidence, and playfulness in your work.

Who would benefit from hypnosis?
The short answer? Everyone! Hypnosis is simply a framework to help you harness your own inner power to overcome obstacles and work toward your goals. It is particularly beneficial for:
Actors, singers, and other performing artists who...
- want to level up in their creative career
- have inner blocks that are keeping them from embracing their creativity and playfulness in their work
- experience high levels of stress or pressure in their career
- are preparing for/ navigating highly demanding roles
- are prepping for auditions or are looking to feel more confident, creative, and focused in auditions
- Want to prepare their mind and body to perform at their best in their projects
- want to increase their access to creativity and flow
- want tools to cultivate confidence and self-worth in the performance industry

Public figures and content creators who...
- want to cultivate creativity and flow in their work
- are looking for strategies to process the pressure of fame or virality
- experience significant stress in their work
- are ready to level up and want support overcoming blocks and resistance that are holding them back
Performance students who are...
- preparing for college theatre auditions
- looking to strengthen their creativity and openness to play
- seeking a confidence boost and strategies to build self worth
Other creative people who...
want to enhance their imagination, remove obstacles, and build inner resources to pursue their goals. This includes but is not limited to...
- Creative directors
- Writers, directors, intimacy coordinators, and other folks in the storytelling industry
- Educators who teach creative skills
- And more!

Actors are highly hypnotizable
Research shows that actors and performing artists are incredibly receptive to hypnosis (meaning it's likely to work really, really well for you!). Hypnosis is a process that closely resembles the creative process of acting: focusing the mind, grounding the body, and embracing imagined scenarios and ideas to create changes in how you think, feel, and behave.
If you're looking for an effective tool that can help you overcome your inner blocks and become the most confident and creative version of your performer self, hypnosis is a wonderful modality for you.
