What's Included:
Intro Course
Learn how hypnosis works, why it's effective for supporting your surgery, and how to use the recordings
Daily Sessions
You'll receive two primary sessions: one pre-op session for before the surgery, and one post-op session for after your surgery.
As-Needed Sessions
In addition to daily practices, you'll get 8 other sessions to listen to as-needed to manage pain, sleep, anxiety, and more.
The Daily Sessions:
The Daily Sessions act as your daily practice. There are two different daily sessions: one for before the surgery, and one for after.
PRE-OP DAILY SESSION:
Feel Ready for Your Surgery
(20 mins)
This is the session you will listen to at least once each day leading up to the day of your surgery. It is recommended that you listen daily for one to two weeks. (Note: listening even just a few times prior to surgery can have a significant impact).
The session first brings you through the process of deeply relaxing your mind and body and establishing a sense of safety, and then it guides you through a mental rehearsal of the day of your surgery. By visualizing the day of your surgery (and your recovery afterward) going well, this trains the mind and body to help you feel calm and prepared to heal more easily and effortlessly. You may choose to listen to it twice a day if you would like.

In addition to your daily sessions, there are several As-Needed Sessions that you can listen to when you need additional support.

Imagine a surgery experience with minimal pain & anxiety and a smooth, rapid recovery
Really let yourself feel it. You feel calm and prepared in the days leading up to your operation. You wake up on the morning of your surgery feeling relaxed, hopeful, grounded, and trusting in your body's ability to heal. You think to yourself: "Today is the day that I get to heal." You calmly and confidently make your way to the hospital/clinic.
You wake up from anesthesia feeling alert and calm. You move through recovery with ease and minimal pain. You celebrate the small wins you experience as you find yourself feeling better and better each day. You recover quickly and easily, and you feel grateful for your choice to support your health. Every day in every way, you feel better and better.
Hypnosis can help make that a reality.
